1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and takbat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the takbat website located at takbat.biz and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

By accessing the takbat website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. • You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the takbat platform or any related service.

takbat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of takbat services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on the takbat platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly in the event of any change. takbat is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Information required during registration may include your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

3.3 Account Verification

takbat employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of its players. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed. You may be asked to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (such as your bKash or Nagad account number). takbat processes all submitted documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Currency

All takbat accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are expressed and processed in BDT. takbat does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your takbat account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to that activity occurring.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

takbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 5.2 Deposits

All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made using a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your takbat account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment systems; this process typically completes within seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified identity documents.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). takbat does not apply currency conversion. No foreign exchange charges are applied by the Platform, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independent of takbat.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

takbat offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by takbat are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the takbat platform:

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type as published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, takbat's decision shall be final and binding. Errors in odds published due to a technical fault may result in bets being voided and stakes returned.

7.2 Casino Games

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated cheating designed to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Intellectual Property
